Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and PolyPath. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About PolyPath

PolyPath is a private network for multi-passionate professionals, operated as a sole trader based in Singapore ("PolyPath", "we", "us"). PolyPath is offered to both consumers and businesses.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use PolyPath.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.

3. Subscriptions, trials and payment

  • New members get full access to paid features during a 7-day free trial from the date their account is created.
  • To keep paid features after the trial, you can subscribe from the Billing tab. Prices are shown in-app before you pay and are charged by our payment provider, Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, on its own, trigger a refund. See our Refund Policy.
  • If a payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend paid features until the issue is resolved.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of PolyPath, including anything you post, send, or share, is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach of that policy may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account.

5. Your content

  • You keep ownership of everything you post, upload, or send through PolyPath ("Your Content").
  • You grant PolyPath a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display Your Content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the service.
  • You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
  • We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law.

6. Our content and intellectual property

The PolyPath name, branding, app design, and software are owned by PolyPath and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from it.

7. Member-to-member interactions

PolyPath helps members find and contact each other, but any collaboration, agreement, or transaction between members is strictly between them. We are not a party to those arrangements, we do not vet members, and we are not responsible for how members behave outside the platform.

8. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using PolyPath and delete your account at any time from the Account page.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or where required by law.
  • Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and cancels any active subscription.

9. Disclaimers and liability

PolyPath is provided "as is" and "as available". Please read our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with PolyPath is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 100.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence). If you use PolyPath as a consumer, your statutory rights under Singapore consumer law are not affected.

10. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may change or improve the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use of PolyPath after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
